The Tipi Party Space
Two giant hat tipis set in a wildflower meadow, this is your evening party venue, your dining space, your dancefloor, your gathering place. With soaring canvas ceilings strung with fairy lights, at the centre, woven matting underfoot and trestle tables arranged to your specification, the tipis can hold up to 150 guests for an evening party or 120 for seated dining. Sides lift open to the meadow so the party flows inside and out as the evening builds.
This is not a function room. It's a destination in itself.
The Off The Rails Bar
Every great party needs a great bar and ours is genuinely one of a kind. Off The Rails is a beautifully restored Victorian railway carriage transformed into a walk-in bar, complete with a bespoke wood and resin counter, copper splashbacks, brass fittings and warm lighting that makes everything feel a little more golden.
Traditional cask ales tapped from the barrel, chilled draught lager, wine, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, served by friendly, experienced bar staff who know how to look after a crowd. Fully self-contained, fully stocked, and available exclusively for your group.
Your guests will be photographing it within thirty seconds of arrival.
The Meadow Glampsite
Sleep the way a celebration weekend deserves. Your group can be delivered to our private meadow glampsite by vintage Land Rover, already a moment, where six luxury bell tents are arranged on top of the hill with panoramic views stretching across the Suffolk countryside.
Each luxury tent has a full-size double bed with a memory foam mattress, premium bedding, fairy lights and a proper bedside table. The beautifully designed eco shower and loo block means you wake up comfortable and refreshed. A fire pit stocked with logs and marshmallows on sticks is ready for late-night conversations. A campsite kitchen lets you brew morning coffee before the world wakes up.
This is glamping as it should be, genuinely comfortable, genuinely wild, genuinely unforgettable.
